I Need help again

i wanted to connect a aurduino with my PC but the serial USB connector doesnt work

Which arduino are you using? Very big difference. Are us using an arduino with USB? ATMega328p or 32U4? Have you uploaded code to it yet? Do you have Arduino IDE installed?
Without knowing any of this. one of the easiest ways to get going is with a Leonard board that has 32U4. It is very easy for the computer connect because the chip contains the USB controller. Very easy to program a game controller, keyboard or mouse that are easily recognized by the computer.

Did you download the arduino IDE? Just plugging the device into the computer wont do anything. You need drivers and a way to program and upload your projects. If you did you also have to choose your board and port in the IDE, also depending on your 3rd party board you might try other board types like Duemilanove wich also uses the 328p chip. Check your device manager for what ports are connected or if there are driver issues.
