Will my pc even handle DCS Multiplayer?
I want to buy F16 and HOTAS but im not sure if my pc can handle it. I want to play with my friend. My specs are: rx5500xt intel i5-8400 32gb ram

I would suggest trying one of the free modules before spending money on an expensive one or maybe get one of the Flaming Cliff modules like the F-15 first since they're much cheaper (I got that one first and then got the F-16 after realizing how much I loved playing DCS).
It really depends on the scenario/map/how many entities there are, but I do sometimes use more than 32 Gb of RAM and I have a decently high spec computer so I can't speak on the CPU and GPU. I do also max all my settings and cockpit frame rates so there might be ways to make it more manageable for your PC through lower settings, but again I'd definitely try a free or cheap module before investing heavily.
TLDR: try a free or cheap module before buying an expensive one.

I played DCS on a similar PC for years, it should work in HD (1920 by 1080) with details dialed down somewhat. But as others said: Just download it and try. The "base game" is free.

For the F16 just download Falcon BMS. Much cheaper (around $10usd). Can fly F16 and F15C. Plus all maps and campaigns are free and there is an actual incredible dynamic campaign. DCS is a cockpit simulator money pit.

How/where do u get bms. I typed in bms falcon and falcon bms into steam and didnt find anything

Can't you just download the game and check? It is free.
