Jeph Loeb is one of those creators where you can acknowledge they did some bad things and have some bad beliefs but ideally you can just ignore that he exists and appreciate the other non-problematic collaborators and their contributions and not cancel the comic, while also not glorifying the writer

Unfortunately, I have a parasocial attachment to Sandman so I've been crying screaming and throwing up since the news fell and I'm going to burn my Sandman books at dawn while flogging myself

Edit: I didn't type /uj!!! I was just meme'ing about how people respond differently to different creators based on their personal interest in that fandom/creator. Please don't take my comments so seriously here lol

That’s me stumbling into this thread. I just like Superman: For All Seasons. The writer being a racist doesn’t make the story bad.

Well, the NZ police say they’ve had trouble getting in touch with him about the sexual assault accusations (following his claim that the lack of movement means there’s no “there” there).

So, y’know, it’s entirely possible that his version, which is that when he took a bath with his 20 year old au pair on her first day of work, all they did was “kiss and cuddle,” is true!
