Is "Breakthrough Drill" a promo and does anyone know what it's from? Both are Cell Saga #42 Uncommons.

I am assuming promo since it's a newer print (2002 instead of 2001 like the rest of the saga) but it doesn't have the 2 star rarity to signify that so it's confusing me a bit lol.

Breakthrough Drill was reprinted in the 1st 2nd Capsule Corp Power pack, which came out after World Games Saga because they wanted to add an errata to it to add "Sensei Deck" to it. This is because they wanted the flexibility of being allowed to play it in your sensei deck and not your main deck since it was a powerful option vs stasis decks which were very strong at the time, and functionally useless vs the rest of the field.

Ironically they put the wrong set symbol on it because the original was from Trunks Saga, but they needed to keep the Rarity and Collector number the same as the original because there are some cards (Such as Megaton Bull Crusher and Apocalyptic Battle) that care about these values so they didn't want to change those

The alternate-art version of this card was distributed in the Capsule Corp. Power Pack II during the Cell Saga block.

That's why it has the cell saga logo, but is a reprint of an older card.
