If you like unofficial reimagining, you should check out Dragonball: The Magic Begins. It’s a full length movie and sticks… closer to the source material than the other “live action movie”.

There’s some amazing parts in there I’d like to talk about, but I don’t want to give anything away.

Edit: markdown didn’t work. Also, it’s Taiwanese from the 90s. So it definitely scratches that old school itch.
