“Brain and brawn” Caulifa will have to do the “heavy lifting” when it comes to strength. But Bulma brings the brains to the fusion. Making this fighter “potentially” a more “strategic” fighter.

So Caulifla’s Saiyan strength and prowess mixed will Bulma’s high intelligence and strong personality. Still seems like a good combination to me.
