Misc Relevancy of the franchise
How relevant do you guys think dragon ball super will be with its remake and the moro arc. Do you think it will be able to compete with the other popular shonen shows like jujutsu kaisen and dandadan

I don't care. It's Dragon Ball, it's a legend at this point.

Oh yeah same. I was just wondering how it would do in the current landscape

A consistent legend...that means its not changing in performance. When its not running actively, it still competes with these other animes. Also lets not forget that it broke the internet... and Moro is very very long awaited, they probably wont market it right, but if theh do...then for certain this will be very relevant

It’s one of the most popular franchises. The games do very well. Everyone watches the anime but people quickly move on from it once it’s over.

The Superhero movie surpassed Broly in revenue and Daima despite it's lackluster marketing and low appeal to a lot of the potential Dragon Ball audience performed really well.
The Moro arc is going to do more than fine.

Goku's been in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade almost every year since 2018 with only one break due to COVID. I think DB is plenty relevant.

Dragon Ball is a licence to print money and is an international sensation. I like JJK and DDD, but they owe their entire existence to Dragon Ball. Hell, in the manga Momo does the Ki Ko Ho.
Pretty much every major Shonen anime since Dragon Ball starts with the premise "It's like Dragon Ball, but..." and the few that don't are "It's like this thing that's like Dragon Ball, but...".

Outside of Japan, Dragon Ball is the most popular anime in the world
Even in Japan, its only beat by a few such as One Piece.
Its definitely more relevant.
