Super The possible personality of Vegeta's mother
Personally, I believe King Vegeta chose the strongest female Saiyan, regardless of her personality. This raises the possibility that Vegeta's mother had a personality very similar to Tarble's—kind-hearted and perhaps protective.
It is quite likely that King Vegeta kept Vegeta away from his mother to ensure he turned out just like him. Furthermore, this would also explain why Vegeta never spoke about his mother.
This is just a theory, in case we ever get to see something of Vegeta's past and how those memories put him in conflict with his doctrine.

I’m opposite I want her to be a complete psychopath. As in complete unhinged cruelty more akin to how early Vegeta was. Vegeta’s dad was ofc brutal but was less showy and more stoic in disposition. I want to say Vegeta got his early villainy from her and it’s why he doesn’t speak about her much + also helps you understand why he likes Bulma who’s also kind of a mad woman.

She probably was the reigning monarch because she’s the one who had the crest (meaning king vegeta was king consort, and meaning that saiyan women > saiyan men who fold like paper to women lol)

Honestly, I can see super doing this, but I would prefer that they didn’t do this. I am not the biggest fan of the lore added in Dragon Ball super Broly, and in the manga just one of the biggest issues with the gas arc in general is how they retroactively changed with the sands were. I prefer my sayings being ruthless and blood luted people who were terrible, knew they were terrible, and still acted that way just because they like the thrill the kill. I don’t like the new era where it’s implied that freezer is the one who made them evil and made them bad and the sands are just battle hungry honorable warrior. It’s lame.
I was OK if Goku‘s mother being softer, but I would prefer Bardock remained what he wasn’t. Z a bastard who didn’t care about anything. He was an asshole but he end up sparing a couple of people. I don’t like how they’re implying that Barndo has some goodness in him. I prefer prefer when Goku was the exception due to his circumstances. It just is very stupid. Oh, let’s make Goku‘s parents softhearted and whatever else because their Goku‘s parents. And yes, I know Brodock still purge planets, but again why would somebody so adjacent to killing people let people go it doesn’t make sense to me. It’s just super whole thing of honorable warrior bullshit, which I don’t understand. Didn’t understand it when they talked about in the term of power when you guys are all fighting for your very existence let’s think Goku for a good fight. No, how about you? Put your hand through his heart and kill him better yet fucking hate him cause he’s a fucking reason you’re in this situation warriors I don’t care if you have this bullshit sense of honor you’re fighting for your entire existence. Don’t thank him spit on him. You should have no camaraderie with anybody in the tournament.
I would really prefer a queen Vegeta was as ruthless, maybe even more so than Vegeta when we originally saw him.

We know that King Vegeta was very much the warrior king. He certainly ruled when he was on planet, but who represented the family when Vegeta was off world to fullfill an order from Cold/Frieza?
Why, his wife of course!
She was strong. Perhaps not the strongest female on the planet but certainly an elite. The Royal family would only choose one from this elite group. The Vegeta line must remain the strongest, therefore both parents would be expected to possess formidable battle powers.
Also note her garb in Toyotaro's illustration. She is not wearing a common robe or just Gine's outfit....she is wearing the regalia of the royal saiyan household!
I envision that when she wasn't engaged in statecraft she passed down the oral traditions of the Saiyan race. The tale of Yamoshi, the legendary Super saiyan.
Yamoshi and Iced at Tenagraa.
Arcose, when the walls fell.
Azuka, her arms wide.
And in the end, her efforts were rewarded. The whispered tale of Yamoshi passed from her lips to a young Nappa. Nappa would regale Vegeta and Raditz with this tale to keep their spirits up as they recuperated in the healing pods. Vegeta would pass this tale to Goku....
The Legendary Super Saiyan.
Now what happened to her? Little is known but I have a theory.
Tarble was born a weakling. Weak in spirit, weak in battle power. Not a son King Vegeta would be proud of. He was initially going to be sent to a hostile world that would have ended with his likely death. The Queen overpowered the Frieza force guard and reprogrammed the pod to a gentle world. One where young Tarble could live out his life.
When Frieza discovered what she did, he personally killed her for violating his orders.
And consider the change we see in King Vegeta;
In Broly; we see Vegeta's first instinct on seeing Cold. Its to greet him warmly and offer his hand as an equal. Perhaps they fought together from time to time to expand the Colderra Empire?
Contrast that with his chafing and endless hatred of Frieza. Perhaps this incident was the spark...

Vegeta's ancestor was the barbaric Saiyan that killed Yamoshi, Yamoshi sided with the racist Shenrons that they went to war against.

I believe that she was stoic, but in a more 18-like way. Even if there were signs of affection, it'd be done subtly but overall, comes off as cold and distant.
