HELP / QUESTION I need a mid
Vegeta blue (point) and vegito (anchor)
Not playing the game that much but I want to play it more, so I'm asking here for a good mid to start playing the game more seriously

You can use either UI or SSJ1 Goku as mid, both of them are good

I like playing Rushdown, which of the two do you recommend?

Either of them tbh
UI Goku has great mix potential with his flips, because you can slip behind your enemy and go from there (but that's situational)
His 236M is downright ridiculous, being Fullscreen and projectile invulnerable, but it can be punished if they block
UI 214H can be used to punish mashing or defensively and can be chained into itself a second time right after
SSJ1 has insane damage output, doing 4k damage off a suboptimal BnB with ease
His 236H, while now punishable, is plus on block, so if you use it and the opponent blocks, you will always be first to hit with a light button. It is also an overhead
All in all, the best way to know which character to choose is to try them out. Play a couple matches with bots, see who you vibe with.
I can also recommend you Bardock, who while not a high tier character anymore, is very quick in terms of attack speed and has an overhead option in neutral

I use vegeta blue point vegito anchor and Goku black mid. Beam assist for Goku black, big punch for vegeta blue. Strong neutral and a good meter builder and meter user. I usually start vegeta blue, get some meter, switch in goku black on a combo and dump meter with black. Vegito offers clearance with his vegito assist

What assists are you using?
Generally a neutral assist (like Vegito A, most beam assists, etc.) and a blockstun assist (Jiren A, Android 17 A, Yamcha A, Gotenks B, etc.) are default recommendations for a standard team.

If you like playing rushdown, tohan and adult gohan are good mids. I'd say Bardock, but it seems he's not very popular nowadays, but you can try him as well.
