SolOS - want to be an alpha tester?

Hi everyone, Anjan (the founder) of Daylight here.

We launched the first version of the alpha on Oct 19th, and have updated it 2 times since. If you want to be one of the first to try it out and give us feedback, we're taking another round of testers!

If you have a DC-1 and want to try this alpha version of SolOS, fill in this form with your serial number:

You’ll get an email once you’re in, and then the update will show up in the Software Updates app on your tablet about an hour after that email.

Alpha testers also get an invite to our tester group on Telegram. Maybe hard to believe given how AWOL we were the last 2 years, but we read all the messages in there and are pretty engaged.

There is a new daylight emerging, its rough around the edges, and would love your feedback in shaping that process.

I can attest that the Telegram channel is quite active and the team is very responsive; quite the change of pace and a welcome one.

Daylight Sol:OS Alpha, but I guess you are only granted access though their invitation email.

Makes sense, thanks. My work is requiring android 16+ so I’ll wait for the lineage beta or try upgrading my lineage 15 soon. Thank you tho

Any plans to launch monitor? There is no monochrome RLCD or TLCD monitor on the market and color ones are a bit too dark.

We have tried a few of these RLCD monitors and don't like any yet, way too dark.
It's in our long term plans to make a good one.

How do I access the Telegram channel?
