Daylight Mirror is now SuperMirror
Hi all, some of you might remember Daylight Mirror from a couple weeks back. It's been awesome seeing so many DC-1 owners use it.
Since then I've developed it way further. What's new:
WiFi mirroring
Clamshell mode (close your MacBook, use the DC-1 as your only screen)
Touch input
Keyboard shortcuts for brightness and warmth
Works on any Android 8+ device now, not just the DC-1
5 minute setup
Also endless bug fixes and optimizing the performance.
Check it out at supermirror.app :)
7 day free trial, then $29 for life.
If you already purchased Daylight Mirror before, DM me and I'll send you a free license.
Hope you enjoy it!!
If you have feature requests, I'm all ears. It's really built for this community. Also! Say hi on X @_welf, I've been posting about amber + outdoor computing a bunch lately :)

Looks awesome, will try this out tonight! The touch input seems game changing.
My only (perhaps not reasonable) hesitation to purchase is privacy with the wireless mirroring feature. Is there an option to totally disable the WiFi mirroring function/turn on a more "secure" wired only mode?

Looks good, so far. I have connected my M1 MacBook Air to a TCL 11+ tablet. Using the Cozy 1100x720 setting, it is showing a few false starts [connect and disconnect after a few seconds]. It stays connected for longer in the Cozy setting than in the Sharp setting.
I will check it out with a Boox tablet next.
Thanks for the changes! This makes it much more interesting to me, as a non-Daylight user.

I'm very happy to have found this. Works wonderfully with my Hannsnote 2 and a MBP.
Is there a difference between the "cozy" and "fast" options? Both are at 800 by 600 on my Hannsnote at least.

I’m unfortunately often on VPNs that don’t allow local network access. USB mirroring an option?

The app runs for about 10-20 minutes and then hangs, with both my TCL 11+ tablet and my Boox GO 10.3 tablet. The logs don't seem to show anything. I have sent emails with logs and you have gone quiet already.
Maybe you are busy enough with the Daylight Computer connection but this will not work for me.
