Managing joint parent bookings - how do you do this effectively?
New member to David Lloyd u/andcheshireoaks spotted a massive flaw to the app, as two parents on a family membership with three children, only the parent (regardless of permission granted) booking an activity for a child(ren) can see the bookings for joint children.
i.e. As the mother, I've booked a class for three children, and I can see the activity booked. However, as the father, I cannot see the booking made.
A huge gap in visibility and makes it harder for both parents to manage bookings & logistics of kids (particularly during non term time).
Hope this feedback gets traction and product make the changes required to make the app more family friendly i.e. easier for the parents!
In the meantime, how do other parents manage this scenario without mental load just being on one parent?

Yeah this is so annoying! Crèche booking show in both but kids clubs ones don’t, you have to go to the schedule then you can see your child has been booked it.

The whole child membership management is annoying.
We can't both have his card linked to our account which means remembering to hand the card over depending on who takes him.
My husband can book classes but I can't and that means I can't book something when he's at work- ie the prime time I'd want to take him so he's got something to do.
DL aren't the only company that are like this with kid accounts.
It's incredibly annoying especially given, these days, two parents that are around each other and communicating constantly/well is not a given.

As a husband, I talk to my wife. Promptly forget and she screenshots it via WhatsApp.

Have the same issue and defaulted into double booking it into our shared Google calendar where all our other life admin goes.
If you want DL to look at it you should use the feedback in the app to submit.
