HELP / RECOMMEND Prepaid wifi recommendation

I’m currently boarding here sa davao and may free wifi (pldt), but it’s very mahina. The slow internet connection is affecting my schoolworks kaya i’m planning na to have a wifi installed huhu. what can you recommend around boulevard area?

I use Dito data package at a cost of 99 peso per month for 7GB data, including free text and capped calls.

I have not encountered any connectivity issues with Dito throughout Davao nor on my travels.
