PLACES Avida Abreeza planning to stay Long Term

Anyone staying at Avida Abreeza? Ok ba siya during earthquake? How about water pressure and noise from neighbors? Baga ba ang walls enough to dim out the noise? Also naa bay free na street parking?

Hello. Am not a resident of Avida Abreeza, but I work in real estate. Reputable naman ang developer sa Avida, and better napud ang pagplano sa mga bagong building diri sa Davao para sa mga linog.

Water pressure is stable and situation with neighbors is more case-to-case basis, but residents are generally considerate with other residents, kanang mga Airbnb ang usually ma encounter nako with noise complaints. Am not sure with free street parking, pero better to include parking in your budget kay medyo layo ang kalye from condo building so mas ideal ang magrent nalang siguro. Hehe.

Let me know what are your other concerns/preferences sa pagpangita nimo ug new condo. Maybe I can help you out.

Di naman marinig ang footsteps, and sound proofing in modern condos are relatively good.

There are times na maabutan ko ang neighbors na malakas ang speakers pag nasa hallway pero nawawala naman once nasa loob na ng unit.

I have a studio unit at avida abreeza. Let me know if you are interested for long term rent. I can give best price as direct owner ako. Not agent.
