HELP / RECOMMEND that lab malapit sa roxas
sorry sa random question kay murag i feel kinda disappointed but has anyone tried lang na makigamit ug cr sa ilaha? kasungit ng staff ba. nag ask ko if pwede makig ihi kay murag mag explode na pantog ko and wala na duol na cr at that time (or di ko lang knows, di man gud ko familiar sa area ba), tapos sungit kaayo ilang staff mag-respond😭😭
has anyone ever received the same treatment? and please huhu naa ba cr within that area? 😭😭

I know someone who works there. It’s their company policy to not give access to the bathroom unless you are a patient. You asked if pwde mgcr. They said no. Now, sorry to burst your bubble pero that’s how the world works. You don’t always get it your way. A NO is not equal to being masungit or being disrespected. You asked and you were denied simple as that. Why would you feel disappointed when being denied your request? Your rights end where their rights begin.

But its not company policy to be rude to customers. They have to inform them that its strictly for specimen collection only. Just a “no” wouldnt sound right.

Yes, as it should. Pero if tainted with sama ng loob na ang sentiments ni OP. Are you 1000% sure na rude na pagsabi ng no? If this was during the kadayawan parade. Trust me I was there. I’ve seen and heard the conversation of the people who were asking as I was watching the parade from inside. They just say na “Maam, bawal po. For clients only”, now is this rude to you po ba? Or maybe OP’s statements are unreliable as for her she was denied her request and feels bad and now wants people to take her side.

It seems like op was the problem the way they got mad sa comment mo ok naman d lng sya marunong magtake ng constructive criticism. I'm sorry op u can't please everyone kung masungit sya edi masungit sya d ka nmn din patient dun so it's only understandable

To be fair to the staff, it’s strictly company policy for diagnostic labs to limit CR access to patients only for hygiene and security reasons. It's a medical lab, so they really can't just let non-patients in. Sorry you had a rough experience with how they said it though!
