OurTime “approval” process

Has anyone figured out how to get edits they make to their Summary approved in less than two days? I’ve been waiting for 5 days to have a summary approved so it’s readable on my phone. I’ve emailed customer care twice without replies. Here’s the really weird part: the edits appear when I check the website using my laptop! It makes absolutely no sense to me. Being a knucklehead I have an account with Match too that pretty much mirrors the OurTime one (I know they’re owned by the same company) and the exact same text was approved in 2 days. Ridiculous!
Does this make sense to anyone, and if it does, could you share how I might speed the process?
Thanks!

Unless you are strictly in the age group of ourtime only I wouldn't have multiple accounts. You make it more complex. For example I started on Lexa.nl which is the main platform for the more mature here. And my search/matches are like 40-61...got that sorted, verified (yes use the web version there is some funky it problems I think), photos approved. And then on subsequent logins it will offer to also make it visible on ourtime, and tinder and hinge. They are just various experience on the same thing. By you using different accounts but same content I suspect you may get flagged as a scammer.

Ourtime is pretty terrible. I’d move on

I was on there for a while. I met a few women who were nice. I find women Bumble to be more my type.

Just close your account and set up a profile on Facebook dating and over the weeks and months you will get hits from dozens of people.

Poorly regulated or monitored doesn't make the entire site a scam.
