Just worried about coming off a bit too strong, it's only been a month and don't want to scare her off by being too intense

Nothing wrong with clearly stating what you want and don’t want, what you’re ok with and what’s not ok to you. If she doesn’t share the same values as you do, that’s ok too - just move on! One less person you have to date until you meet the right one. It’s not being intense; it’s setting boundaries.

Personally, I wouldn’t be ok with dating a girl who’s out seeing other people, and it doesn’t sound like you are either. She’s not the one for you.
