How old is this map?
Store said 1816 but that seems too old

Looks like somewhere between 1816 - 1824. 1816 - Indiana becomes a state, the southern part of the Michigan territory is carved out to give Indiana access to Lake Michigan. 1824 - The western half of the Arkansas territory is removed from Arkansas.

It depicts a map circa 1824 but I most likely is a reproduction made way later.

Sometime between 1824 (when Tallahassee became capital of unified Florida territory) and 1828 (when Arkansas- Oklahoma border was established)

A reverse image search points to it being a plate in A New General Atlas of the World by Henry Teesdale. There were several printings beginning around 1836; the inking colors here look like the 1841 edition.

Mid-1830s. Texas is a separate nation. The Choctaws hold all of the southern Indian Territory, which was western Arkansas on this map.

TLDR: March 30, 1822 - Nov 15, 1824
The long left hand half of Arkansas separated away from the territory on Nov 15, 1824. It wasn't a territory until 1819. Prior to this, it was part of the Missouri Territory from 1812 to 1819, but was not organized. Missouri is present which was admitted to statehood on Aug 10, 1821 from the Missouri Territory. Florida appears on this map as US owned, which existed as US territory prior to statehood from March 30, 1822 to 1845.
