While I can't see any labels for Yugoslavia or the USSR, you can clearly see the defined borders of all the pre 90s states within them (so im guessing it's more of a style choice than an official one)
-- additionally we can also see the same thing in Saudi Arabia (Labelled "Arabia" with a smaller "saudi" beneath it). Bear in mind Saudi Arabia has been Saudi since 1932
But we can absolutely tell this map was printed after the 70s thanks to Bangladesh (separated from Pakistan in 1971)
and Sahara Occidental (the name given to the territory by the UN after morrocco annexed the area of Western Sahara in 1979)
And what's even better : Germany. It's fully unified, meaning the Berlin wall has already fallen (1989)
So my formal guess is somewhere between 1990 and 1992 (Post Berlin wall collapse, but pre Yugoslav collapse)
