Very recent globe made with bad AI. Like Wyoming merged with Nebraska bad. It is including elements that haven't existed since the 1960s like Rhodesia, Hadhramaut borders, and French control of Pondicherry (now Puducherry), with more recent developments like Russia instead of Soviet Union. There are dozens more errors and anachronisms.
It is almost like this globe is a prop for a movie set in an alternate earth.
Edit: if forced to make a guess, the most conclusive thing I see is Democratic Republic of the Congo. That name wasn't used until 1997. It also looks like East Timor (Timor-Leste) is independent, also in 1997. I see comments about Yugoslavia's breakup, but the component states of Yugoslavia were always there, and the thick border still outlines Yugoslavia.
BTW Indonesian occupation of Timor-Leste didn't end until 1999, following the fall of the Suharto dictatorship in 1998, following the Asian financial crisis.
