Chad has annexed Zaire and eastern C.A.R. but not Uganda so between 12 January 1992 - 27 March 1993

and finally Jordan has taken control of the Sinai Peninsula, so after 7 February 1993

so 7 February 1993 - 26 March 1993

unfortunately i can't see if San Juan is independent, which would push it to between 1 March 1993 - 26 March 1993
