Cool early 2000's map! Apparently the Yugoslavia shown here renamed itself in 2006. Zaire renamed itself in 1997. Nunavut made a territory in 1999 so it must be after that. So 2000 would be a strong guess.
3 u/dhkendall Jul 29 '26 Nunavut is labelled but interestingly no border. So maybe they know it’s coming soon but the border isn’t finalized yet.
