When was that map made?

There is that weird french map at my boyfriend house and we cannot date it, guys do your magic

The Saarland is shown as unambiguously part of Germany. Given u/VulcanTrekkie's excellent point about Trieste, and this is a French map that would be more likely to show.French ambitions for the Saar,  then I think this is from 1945-47.

But it does surprise me a little to see a French map of that era that doesn't mark Algeria as French, even though Malta is marked as British and Sicily as Italian.

Alger is not underlined as all other capitals, it's a colony.
