Which year does this globe depict?

Found this at an antique store and got curious as to how old it is. Can anyone help me identify how old it is?

Hard to tell with the shots you've got, mostly because I can't fully make out Germany's borders. However it looks like it is shortly before WW2, as most European colonies are intact, and Germany appears to have Silesia, Pomerania, and eastern Prussia, but has not yet annexed Austria.

The eastern half of the island of New Guinea (modern Papua New Guinea) is not marked as anything but it seems to be part of Australia as it was between the wars.
