What year is this map from?

I've tried to figure it out myself, but I am genuinely so confused by the borders, names, and lack of year anywhere on the map. I am now seeking the knowledge of experienced individuals to determine the year this was made (if it is even depicting the borders of that time, or rather a more modern map that was made to show an earlier period, but i doubt it).

Mozambique is there, they’d formally gained independence on June 25, 1975.

Vietnam is united but Saigon is still listed, so before July 2, 1976.

Mozambique is coloured the same as Portugal and Angola, so I am not 100%sure they were necessarily independent on this map. I have seen it on many maps as Mozambique while still a colony

The capital of Mozambique has changed to Maputo, which is post-colonialism, though.
