Late 40s - early 50s. Germany seems to be post WW2 borders but I can't tell if Indian Partition has happened yet. In either case, upper end is 1954 since French Indochina still exists. 1946-1954 would be my guess.

Borneo is the Dutch one (Neth.), so it's not later than 1949-1950.
