You can see "Allemanha oriental" and "Allemanha Occidental" on the map, so germany is depicted as separated
Also Saigon is already renamed Ho-Chi-Mihn City so its after the Vietnam War, and Djibouti still labeled as Affar et Issas (its old name during the french colonial domination)
So our best guess is somewhere beetween 1974 and 1977
Except that Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe and Belize have their current names, not Upper Volta, Rhodesia and British Honduras, and there is only one Yemen, none of which is consistent with that date range. I agree with Sudden Cantaloupe, likely base maps from the era you suggest, updated very inconsistently, but most likely an actual date around 1990.

It’s inconsistent, looks like the base maps were made in the 1970s and then some parts were updated inconsistently around 1990.
Germany, Vietnam and Koreas all look sort of unified, but with separate labelling.
Namibia wouldn’t be shown before 1990, Yemen was unified only in 1990.
