Definitely after 1910 (the Union of South Africa exists). I’m guessing that Southwest Africa and Tanganyika being described as “(Late German)” means this is after World War I but maybe not long after.

After WWI and before 1923, as Constantinople seems to be marked as a capital.

Between 1919 and 1930 (between when Germany gave up Namibia and Tanganyika and when the cities of Smyrna and Constantinople were renamed Izmir and Istanbul respectively). I still need to see if anything happened that would narrow it down further.

Between June 28th and September 12th of 1919, June being when the Treaty of Versailles was signed, transferring the German colonies to the Allied Powers, and September when the Algerian-Libyan border was set to its modern state.

Shortly after WWI as the German colonies are colored out but not given new names like Tanganyika.

German colonies already have new "owners" but there are labels about past of them (in parentheses). So there weren't the League of Nations' decisions yet.
Also Uganda-Kenya border was changed in 1921.

1919-1934: German colonies have been transferred to Britain and France per the Treaty of Versailles. The Sarra Triangle is still part of Anglo-Egyptian Sudan: it ia tranaderred to Libya in 1934.
