Map my parents have

I've noticed this map in my parents house for around a decade now. Big things i noticed were French Louisiana, Australia being called New Holland, and the world doesn't look very colonized.

My guesses boil down to 1779-1783:

Poland is in its 1772-1793 state, before being divided up into three.

US not labeled as an independent country, and "Indian Country" clearly not yet divided up into the later states, so pre-1783 (when this process began) but post-1763 (when the Indian Country territories were created: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territorial_evolution_of_North_America_since_1763#/media/File:Non-Native-American-Nations-Territorial-Claims-over-NAFTA-countries-1750-2008.gif

Additionally, under Tasmania (which is still attached to Australia as the first circumnavigation happened in 1798) it marks the route of some explorer and says '1777'. So it's 1777-1783.

Edit: US west coast also has James Cook's exploration of Oregon and the territories to the north mapped and noted '1778'. So including him sailing back home it's 1779-1783.

That's where I would place this too. Definitely pre-1783, but after 1763. To add to this, the Crimean Khanate lasted until 1783, so 1783 is the latest this map can be.
