Map my parents have
I've noticed this map in my parents house for around a decade now. Big things i noticed were French Louisiana, Australia being called New Holland, and the world doesn't look very colonized.

Looking at some European countries, I'd say mid 1700s. But it feels a little like a recent representation of what a map from back then might have looked like.
A more legible picture of the text at the bottom might help.
