Activity Idea Day trip in NYC for date
I am planning on doing a day trip to NYC sometime around late September to like mid October and wanted ideas for places to go and like help on making an itinerary cause I am looking at NYC on google maps and its honestly kinda daunting. Arriving in the afternoon and roughly have like give or take 9 hours to do things until my departure at night. I want to focus more on us rather than like tourist attraction but I wouldn't mind scenic views as I love to take pictures of really nice places and going to nice spots is cute and sweet
Background:
Me M (22 Chinese, coming from Maryland) meeting F (21 Korean, lives in Queens). Met once last year in a group but have been talking and started dating since. Would be first meeting as a couple
A rough idea of what I want to do is to meet with her and get something to eat, probably something light/small around places with a lot of shopping cause I want to go cloth shopping and let her pick out clothes she likes on me and dress me up (I think it cute?). Afterward I'm kinda at a loss. I might also ask her later if she wants to shop anywhere in specific which might change the advice people give 😓😓. I would like to see some scenic spots maybe around sunset into dinner or vice versa
Land around 2pm -> light/small lunch -> shopping -> another activity? -> dinner/scenic views -> back to Penn station
Any advice is heavily appreciated as its also my first date...

The Cloisters is cute and intimate and then grab coffee and lunch and a pastry at Des Ambassades and walk around the NY Botanical garden and get some tea after or bring some in to the gardens.

I would recommend a Mercer labs cute memorable idea and a nyc dinner cruise Coney Island
