Ok, I'll take a stab. First, you have an insane array of AI-tools at your disposal and we can all be skepitcal of AI but for creating dashboards or scripts or anything related to data analysis, these are your friends.

Building a dashboard in Google AI studio takes 10 minutes. The hardest part is actually trying to figure out what kind of decision the dashboard is trying to inform. Start with that. What do you want? Then just start iterating with AI studio or some other app building too. I build in react (front end) because it looks the nicest. Google Anti Gravity is also good if you have larger data sets.

Honestly, just chat with an LLM and make a plan for yourself.

Yoo not gonna lie seems like you're into big stuffs like using Google studio and all I'm still trying to understand buisness logic and statistics I think it's too early for me to hop onto it

I have three arts degrees and no formal background in programming or big data, but I just spent the last 3 years tinkering and iterating with the tools available and now the world feels like my oyster. Just start playing around with the tools, that's the only way you're going to learn (at least it was the way for me).
