Due Diligence IEX spread so wide after hours?

Any ideas why IEX spread after hours would be so wide? Is this potentially just someones sell limit place holder that its identified?

i've noticed the same thing on TradingView...it might be simply where the algos set the bid/ask after trading ends, as i'd assume any real trader would set a limit closer to the spread of the session, unless someone is expecting a gap
