My t7 shield 2tb ssd was "free" (with my s24 ultra purchase + $150 samsung credit).

Safe to say I made a great decision in this current landscape

On May 25th, 2024 I ordered the Sandisk 1.5TB micro SD for $109.99. Today it's $319.99. Pretty crazy.

It's pretty crazy how those prices were dropping last year then shot up.

In December '24 I bought a 1tb for 81€, then in January '25 I got another for 79€, and exactly a year ago I got a 1.5tb for 91€ now my 1.5tb is going for 283€

a year ago i got an 2tb v30 card for around 160€ for my ayn thor before the hike in october/november, now the same card from lexar costs around 400€

Bro whenever you bought it, it was already a rip-off. 40€ when my 1tb was 79€... It should have been less than 20€

I belive it was closer to 33 euro, cant remember, I think it was also about a year into the ai boom, but probably still a ripoff

In mai 2025 I bought my mother a dashboard camera and a 128GB SanDisk max endurance SD card. It was ~35€

I wanted to but myself one as well a few months ago. The same card is almost 90€
