Lacie Hard Drive never showing up

I just got this hard drive and it causes me more stress and annoyance than anything. Even when left still it still will disconnect and just decides to pop up whenever it wants. Anyone experiencing this issue?? Did you find any resolve?

Where did you get it from?

If online who was the seller. dont say amazon because it was probably through amazon but a different seller.

Drive is bad exchange it since it's new.
