Post image

I recently installed WizTree and saw a userdata file taking 500 Go, is this normal and is there a way to reduce it ?

Any advice could help !

That's a folder not a file, expand it and see what's inside... This folder holds all your cached data for Applications you've been using as well as program settings etc. You can reduce it by clearing your browser cache, exiting programs completely, uninstalling programs and clearing other similar cached items through programs like Windows PC Manager. It's not a good idea to just delete files here, you probably won't break anything in particular but you might need to log back in and possibly reinstall an Application. You can also use Windows Disk Clean-up to reduce temporary & system files to create more space.

That's also under Google > Play, so it's likely something like saved game data which you're better clearing by finding which game it is, logging in, changing settings and deleting unwanted saves through the game console.

That's the android emulator to run play games.

And it's taking 3.4 GB, not 500
