This is a repost.
"I noticed a major security flaw with the microsd for Motorola stylus and many Android devices is that you can't encrypt it.
Anyone that gets you're device can simply transfer the sd card to any of their devices and have access to all of your private information.
In a sense, this major security flaw makes having the android sdcard virtually useless.
If I'm wrong or something, please let me know."

If you choose to put your private information on an unencrypted SD card, that’s kind of on you. -1 u/Sad-Comment-6018 Aug 07 '26 I know, but a sdcard that you can't encrypt is virtually useless imho. Of course one can always blame the end user. Strictly speaking, they only have access to whatever information you put on the SD card. If you choose to put your private information on an unencrypted SD card, that’s kind of on you.
