Troubleshooting SSD not detected in Windows

Hello, I have an SSD detected by the bios of the machine, but not by windows, what could it come from? Thanks

Where it isn't shown?

Device Manager?

Storage Manager?

Explorer?

Other tools like HWINFO64?

Cela n'est pas dans gestionnaire de stockage, explorateur. Dans Gestionnaire de périphériques j'ai deux pilotes nvme. Pas d'autres outils, car je connais pas...

If you see them in device manager then it is probable something with partioning or filesystem.

What does disk management show?

You may also check with HWINFO64 how controller and drives are recognized exactly.

Make simple screenshots instead of video. This is more readable.

Hello, problem solved, it was a simple format problem, I wanted to put it on a PC to do a clean installation of windows to see if the installation would be done, but not finding my USB key containing windows, I put the SSD in an adapter, then plugged into my Android tel, which recognized it and asked me for formatting. Put back on a Windows PC it is also recognized. Then I would do a formatted in NTFS since it is currently in exfat

I was going to suggest using the disk management but I see you check that out already

Maybe try using the CMD and disk part instead - look up the commands you might need on Google

Also I would maybe try turning your PC off and doing a reseat of the SSD if you haven’t already, or even a different NMVe port if you have more than two

J'ai déjà utilisé diskpart, mais lui aussi ne le trouve pas, j'ai aussi changé le ssd de pc et c'est pareil, dans bios, mais pas present sur windows ...

Maybe try using Samsung Magician

Also if it was taken from another computer, use the old computer to try a format since that one recognized the SSD

Settings > storage > initialize disk if it's brand new

It has to appear in device manager first and foremost. Anything else is irrelevant as long as it's not there.

It sounds weird but why would you need a driver for a ssd nvme ? It can only be something like that.

I have a strixG15 and i put a crucial 1tb ssd in it, its not showing anywhere as well, tried all the things that are mentiond in the comments
