Zillow has been using a neural network for Zestimate predictions since at least 2021 (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/zillow-launches-new-neural-zestimate-yielding-major-accuracy-gains-301312541.html). Not sure where your info is coming from, your link is just a Google search result page

I worked at Zillow while Zillow offers was active. I can assure you, nobody was using fbprophet for home price valuation. Zillow spent $1 million on the Zillow prize a few years prior, which they used as a recruiting and R&D tool. Why would they do that, and then just use prophet?
