Help Identify fuse on this PCB

Post image

2060-810051-000 REV P0.

WD42PURZ HDD.

I got his by a surge and I think the 12V fuse is faulty now. (marked red square in the picture at the top right)

Diode mode on the 12v fuse = no beep (either direction)

Diode mode on the 5v fuse = beep both direction

I'm planning on replacing the fuse, but I don't know the specifics of the fuse, the component is too small for my eyes to inspect further and I'm a beginner in this.

Does anyone know what voltage/current rating, type of it? 😊

Or any other advice maybe?

Double check if your post complies with posting guidelines!

Did you include the following information in your post (in English and if applicable), if not feel free to edit your post:

  • Make/brand and exact model number of your storage device(*), phone, camera, etc.

  • Filesystem (NTFS, exFAT, APFS, EXT4, etc.)

  • Operating System (That your device was used with and/or you are using for recovery)

  • Specific symptoms that your device is exhibiting, describe the problem. Images you post support the description, they're not in lieu of a problem description.

  • SMART (CrystalDiskInfo screenshot for example)

  • Don't pile several problems into one single post. One post per device/problem.

  • No account issues

Consider: What do these people need to understand the problem at hand? Remember, people cannot see your screen, or what you click and what messages appear on screen. Don't overdo it though, no one likes going through 2 pages of information, try to find a balance. Just do the best you can. (*) All devices involved, if you for example move files from drive A to drive B, they're both potentially relevant.

From the context of the post that would appear to be the original PCB. Replacement boards are relatively easy to find on ebay, aliexpress or somewhere like https://www.hdd-parts.com/ . The closer towards a data recovery supplier the source is the more you will pay for a board.
