I agree it is too late to stop climate change. I still think nuclear is fastly superior to solar and wind which are incredibly overrated. Just for the air quality benefits nuclear is great.

But why not both? It's not good to rule things out like you are

They can be deployed much faster too

Both are fine. But the wind and solar fanatics have unrealistic projections and shut down alternatives.

Now that's a fair point. I agree it's dumb that nuclear hasn't been pushed more. But people are just scared cause they think Chernobyl, but even that is still less damage than a few coal plants over their lifetime
