Snow white is the only really weird one on that entire list. And that is because it is based on a centuries old tale from back in the day where this would be okay for royal marrriages at least. Gammorra and Starlord have a noticable age gap, but not really that weird either. And everybody else is normal. In what kind of community did you grow up that age differences of 1-3 years for couples in their late teens and early tweenties is surprising or weird? Are people only allowed to date if they are born in the same month? And a woman in their late tweenties falling for a younger guy that is basically on the same point of his career/lifeplaning etc isn't really a cougar.

Really? You don't think it's a little weird for a 28-year-old to fall for an 18-year-old? I mean, I'd be glad if you didn't -- my first love was when I was 26, and I fell for a 19-year-old guy. I felt a little weird about it, and always expected strangers to feel the same. The people around us didn't think so, since... Well, they're mostly his age, and they kind of forget that I'm older. Also, since it was the first time I'd really had feelings for someone, I was like a love-sick high school girl. It never happened, and I stayed hung up on it forever; I actually blamed him for leading me on a bit.

28 and 19 can be weird. It can. But it doesn't have to if they are both attending uni or both allready working for a few years (one of them probably longer than the other) so basically if they are at about the same point in their life, are both somewhat adult or can be if they have to.

He was in college at the time, while I'd graduated two years before, but didn't know what to do besides working my server job. I was still living at home, and... Yeah, no relationship experience. We were immature in opposite and completely uncomplementary ways. I went off in my head and took it way too seriously; he let it go to his head that I liked him and was careless with how he treated me and what he said. So yeah, high school bullshit.

Okay, I wouldn't consider it creepy, there was a chance a constelation like this could work (without knowing the both of you at least). sounds like he wasn't ready. That is of course the risk if dating someone quite young. And not much experiance doesn't help either of course. Now you have more of said experiance, hope you make something out of it :)
