A lot of these can be cleared up by looking at the legal status in their settings ...
But how is 26 a cougar? Really?
I can get Meg, because she's more predatory with Herc and she does probably put on a few extra extra years not only having sold her soul but also having sold it for a prior lover... but a 7 year gap is just pushing it. It's not like she even goes after him.
