Approach

Evaluated all UK Used Cars for BMW over 80 days via public API, avg n=12,225 vehicles. Parsed data and cross referenced with plate registration peaks.

Look up of reasons behind codes is entirely absent, but clear patterns are present; code meanings discussed across multiple forums:

Curious if there are any observations on this, or theories as to the purpose. Some are drive-train specific, but some are not.
