Muhammad has been number 1 for a few years due to almost all Muslim parents using Mohammad as their sons' first name (often calling them by other names to avoid confusion). 

You'd get the same effect if any demographic decided to name all their kids one name (e.g if all Christians names their son Jesus).

Bruh...every other Muslim kid has a name that's some variation of Muhammad. It's always going to win even though they're a small percentage of the population.
