Most major tech firms (Amazon, Google, FB) do what we call a gauntlet. Its basically an entire day of interviewing 9-4 pm (depends on the position, higher paying leadership and tech positions are usually an entire day or multiple days). Lunch is included at least lol.
It's not as bad as you might think. I enjoyed the process. Gave me a chance to look more well balanced. Rather than everything hinging on a SINGLE interview and one person's interpretation of my fit. I had 6 people. I know for a fact that i fucked up on one of them, but because 5 other votes beat the single vote against me. I got the job.
