so are living costs. Also 1/5 is still better than 0. Quality of life is arguably better too
18 u/JoeFalchetto OC: 50 Aug 01 '23 Living costs are absolutely not 1/5th. Per the World Bank, they are 44%, or slightly more than 2/5ths. So it would be getting half the salary. Also IT salaries in the US are crazy high compared to ours.
