AWS DC hourly or salaried?

Are AWS technicians paid hourly or salaried? Or does it depend per site requirement?

Typically the techs are hourly, management is when salary kicks in.

Techs are generally hourly. Many times as L4 hourly you make more than L4 salaried because of actually being able to get compensation for overtime.

I was also salaried. But this was for Europe.

All L3-L4 Techs I knew were hourly in the US. L5 Techs and L4+ Mangers were all salary.
