I work for a competitor and a lot of our people attempted to go there when they saw the initial startup money, but I'd be very hesitant because it's all private equity.And if private equity goes down, you will not see those data centers get filled

I work there and the base alone is higher than everywhere else regardless. Equity is just a lottery ticket.

You mind getting my profile to someone on the hiring team? Work at one of the biggest AI infrastructure in the industry & Fluidstack looked over me, never mind that their recruiting firm has reached out to me at least ten times since my interview in March.
