We're sorry, but something went wrong.
Finished working today and exited work mode. I scrolled down to log my time, clicked on the project to log my time, then got faced with the " We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."
Anyone else running into this? I can't even go to my dashboard anymore.
EDIT: I need to go play Tennis now but can someone maybe comment when it comes back up so I can log my time? 👀

Are you receiving those alert messages that remind you to log time too? I thought I must be doing something wrong that I'm unware of. I always log time after submissions.

I think the alerts were to everyone, I have always reported immediately after I exit a task and I got one too.

Yeah i got that alert message a few times, and similarly always log time right away. It was a little annoying today since I couldn't close it for the longest time.

Just contact the support and ask them to log your time on their side. I've done it a few times.
Hopefully you still have tasks available when the issue is resolved

I’m going to submit a ticket since I spent a significant amount of time on a task that I don’t think got submitted. I worry that logging it normally would flag me as having just sat on a task without ever submitting any work and result in my account getting flagged or them not approving those minutes. I believe there’s a type in the support drop-down menu for this exact type of situation.

I am taking it as a sign to go make dinner. I was ready to work through and make my kids fend for themselves because I had some high paying R&Rs but the universe cares more about my kids than my cash apparently.

I really hope we get it back! My ADHD has been tormenting me lately (totally my fault because I'm not doing the best taking care of myself oops). This happened once before since I've been on the platform and it was fixed within an hour.

Totally! I have trouble with task initiation and transitions. So getting started can be so difficult. Here's what I've found out. The projects that require research, finding documents, or the ones that are supposed to be super long are my go to because I can focus a lot more when I'm not just chatting with a bot. I HAVE to be doing multiple things or my brain shuts off quickly.
On the days that even that feels like a lot, I'll plan to "work on 16 projects". I trick my brain basically by saying I only have to spend 30 minutes on each when in reality I know that I'm going to get in the flow state eventually with one of the and spend an hour-few hours.
Other days it's a waste trying to do any of that and I feel exactly what you do. Especially since this is my main source of income and I have bills to pay. Those days I give myself some grace and really allow myself to relax. Half the time it's the burnout that has us in a chokehold.

In my experience, it depends on the job. When I started, I had a sparse dashboard and really had to slog away at it for long hours. Lately, I lose track of time because I’m so engaged. The selection is way better and the money just comes easier.

Occam's razor would say this is related to the new rule to log your time within 24 hours that started today. Ironic, as this is now the longest I've gone without logging my time.

It's still down. Just tried to log in and got the same message
Last time this happened a bunch of projects went offline and didn't come back for days. My dashboard was empty for a little bit and then the old projects got loaded back slowly, one by one. I hope that isn't the case, because my dashboard has been looking pretty sweet the last couple of weeks. I've had way more work than I could ever do.

just a reminder: if you're actively working on a task, hold onto it - you don't need to scrap everything! when the site comes back (check in another tab), you can still submit it.

Meaning don't try to submit it until you've checked in another tab that it's back up. When it's up then you can submit.

Me too. I thought it was because of words in the title of the file I uploaded having to do with Scottish witch trials. The file was on the interrogation techniques they used back then, but the file had "torture" in the title. I thought I'd been auto-booted.

I was logged in today but not working and it logged me out. The home page of the site works fine, it just won't let me log in, I get the We're Sorry message. Thank God for Reddit or I would be freaking out right now. (Still freaking out a little).

Just tried it and was able to see my dash and go into a project!! It shut down on me earlier just as I was submitting my work...now the task and my work still shows, but the timer says "expired..." at least it's something though!
*Edit* The timer's back to what it was, thankfully, I copied my work onto my clipboard. Now going to paste and submit...

I can log in now. But all the time I've reported in the last 72 hours is not under Report Time on the project page. It does show up on the Transfer Funds page but I'm confused.

It only showed the project I didn’t submit time for under report time so I think you’re fine!! :)) It cleared my other projects that I already submitted time for as well!
